1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hqwin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the hqwin platform accessible at hqwin.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the hqwin website at hqwin.cam, including all games, services, features, payment systems, and content made available thereon.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the hqwin Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the hqwin Platform.
• "Real Money Games" refers to any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, or other gaming activity on hqwin that involves wagering of real PHP funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player's account by hqwin.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by hqwin prior to authorising withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, become eligible for withdrawal.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hqwin Platform, creating an Account, or participating in any Real Money Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the hqwin Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and hqwin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

3Eligibility

In order to register for and use an hqwin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming and gambling activities. hqwin takes the protection of minors seriously and applies strict age verification procedures.
• You must be a natural person; corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of hqwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by hqwin or any other gaming operator, that remains in force at the time of registration.

4Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only on the hqwin Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by hqwin during the registration process or KYC verification. You undertake to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your hqwin login credentials, including your username and password;
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your Account;
• All activities and transactions conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

hqwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You must notify hqwin support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. Deposits to your hqwin Account may be made via the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit, which may include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be amended from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players who have completed KYC verification. hqwin processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where practicable. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

5.3 KYC Requirements. hqwin is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine Statistics Authority National ID, driver's license, or passport) and may include proof of address and source of funds documentation at hqwin's discretion.

5.4 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the hqwin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

6Bonuses & Promotions

hqwin offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain specialty games contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any wagering requirement progress will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time, unless hqwin expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Where applicable, a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse: hqwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings derived from bonus play, and suspend any Account where it reasonably suspects that a Player is exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hqwin Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Returned-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within each game's information panel.

By participating in any Real Money Game on hqwin, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by hqwin or any third party;
• The hqwin Platform retains a statistical edge (house edge) on all games, which means that over a sufficient number of plays, the Platform will generate a return in excess of player winnings;
• Past game results do not influence future outcomes;
• Any malfunction of a game will render all plays and payouts from that session void, and affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Game-specific rules, including the rules applicable to live dealer games, sports betting markets, and specialty games, are published within each game category on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game type.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the hqwin Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of any other person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or vulnerability — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any behaviour that hqwin reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of promotional offers;
• Harassing, threatening, or acting in an abusive manner toward hqwin staff or other players.

9Responsible Gaming

hqwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all hqwin account holders at any time through their Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which the Platform will prompt a break;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts over a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or extended exclusion from the hqwin Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, with the option to extend indefinitely.

Responsible gaming limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusions and cooling-off periods cannot be reversed before their expiry.

For additional responsible gaming support and resources, players are encouraged to seek assistance from professional organisations. hqwin supports access to independent resources for players experiencing difficulties with gambling.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the hqwin Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and video content — is the property of hqwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hqwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

hqwin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hqwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which hqwin accepts no liability.

12Account Suspension & Termination

hqwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• hqwin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or any other prohibited activity;
• hqwin is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a reputational or legal risk to hqwin.

Upon closure of your Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, hqwin will return any verified real-money balance to you via the withdrawal method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any uncleared wagering requirement progress are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting hqwin support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days, after which any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and hqwin, you are encouraged to contact hqwin's customer support team in the first instance. hqwin is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with support, formal dispute resolution procedures may be pursued in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

You and hqwin agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not settled by other means.

14Amendments to These Terms

hqwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, hqwin will provide reasonable notice to registered Players, which may take the form of a notification within the Platform, an email to the address on record, or a prominent notice on the hqwin website.

The version of these Terms in force at any given time is the version published at hqwin.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the hqwin Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
